Nyemike Nkadi, Anioma-Born Movie Maker, Movie Nominated For International Award in London

The Anioma people have continued to triumph in different areas of endeavour and indeed, it has been the turn of Anioma-born Evangelist Felix Nyemike Nkadi from Ibusa, Delta State. Information coming from far away UK has it that “Tough Target”, a movie produced by Felix Nyemike Nkadi and directed by Teco Benson has been nominated in the category of “Best Movie Award” of the 4th Annual African Creative Arts Awards while Felix Nyemike Nkadi, the producer is nominated in the Best Producer category.
Evangelist Nyemike Nkadi, a clergy with Mountain of Fire Ministries is a known name in Nigeria’s movie industry having produced a number of successful movies. Nkadi is nominated alongside other movie heavyweights – Marc Adebesin, Eniola Badmus, Theodora Ibekwe, Dolly Unachukwu and Tammy Macnichol.
The movie, “Tough Target” is being nominated alongside “Talking Dolls”, Geilled”, “Ghetto Bred”, “Maids of Docklands” and “Just One Blood” as finalists in the nomination list.
This reporter had a few months ago granted Evangelist Nkadi an interview in which he recounted his growing up years from a humble background and how his love for God started, in a piece titled “Prayer Saved My Father During the Nigerian Civil War”.
The nominee is due to speak as a Guest Speak at the upcoming 7th Annual Igbuzo Singles Meet program in Ibusa, themed “The Ibusa Marriage: Preserving and Fortifying Our Ties” on Dec 28, 2018.
When called on the phone, he revealed his surprise and enthusiasm towards his nomination.
